We start with a 20-minute call to figure out if the project is a fit for both of us. If it is, I'll send a scope and price within a few days. Clear terms, no decks.
Once we're signed, we start. Most projects take three to eight weeks depending on scope. You have direct access to me throughout — real conversation, real feedback loops, real progress every week.
At the end, you get the finished work — files, templates, accounts, everything. If the project went well, we often have a conversation about what's next. Many clients move into ongoing coaching or fractional CMO work from here.
