The Structure.

Coaching with JONA is shaped to the work and the client. Here's the basic structure most engagements share.

01 — Monthly Cadence

Most engagements run as monthly retainers. Minimum two calls per month, with text or email access between them for the moments you need a quick reset before a sales meeting or a hard team conversation.

02 — Open-Ended

No fixed program length. Some clients work with me for three months. Some have been with me far longer — whatever lets the work land. No hard sell to stay, no friction to leave.

03 — Standalone or Paired

Many coaching clients also have ongoing marketing or project work with JONA. The two layers reinforce each other. But plenty of clients come in for coaching only — that works too. There's no required combination.
