I built JONA after 25+ years in marketing and 15 years inside a contracting household. I've spent the last decade working with residential contractors and custom builders on the marketing, sales, and coaching work that helps them grow without losing themselves in the process.

I spent 15 years inside a contracting business with my then-husband. I was the one handling the marketing, the branding, the logo, the brochures — the whole company. I wasn't watching from the outside. I know what it's like to price the job, chase the deposit, and stay up at the kitchen table reworking a proposal.

The whole business is built on one premise: contractors deserve a marketing partner who actually understands the work. That's the whole thing.

When you hire me, I'm the person on your strategy calls, writing your sales materials, and sitting with you on the harder conversations about pricing and leadership. There's no account manager between us. No rotation of strategists. The work is mine.
